AfterTape is built to keep your memories yours. We designed it so your videos never leave your device unless you choose to share them.
Nothing. AfterTape does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, analytics, or usage information. There are no accounts, no trackers, and no third-party advertising SDKs.
Everything you record stays on your iPhone — inside the app's own Memories library and, if you turn it on, your Photos app. Your tapes are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Sharing a tape uses Apple's standard share sheet and is entirely your choice.
AfterTape asks for camera and microphone access to record video, and Photos access only to save tapes you export. These are used solely for that purpose, on your device.
